Biography
Fifteen years ago, a coaching client asked me a simple question that changed the direction of my work:
“Could you train me to become a coach?”
At the time, I had trained in the USA and assumed that was the only route. Her question sparked something deeper and led me to create my own accredited coaching programmes and go on to become an Accredited Fellow Coach and Trainer in the UK.
Today, I am the Founder of the Holistic Coaching School, where I train and mentor coaches worldwide through two internationally recognised programmes. I am part of the 1% of coaches in the UK awarded Fellow Level accreditation by IAPC&M — a level awarded to coaches who have demonstrated mastery, longevity, and impact in the profession.
With over 15 years’ experience, 10,000+ hours of coaching, and having trained and mentored over 200 coaches, I bring depth, clarity, and integrity to coach education. I also work with CEOs and ambitious individuals who want to grow without burning out or losing themselves in the process.
My greatest strength lies in helping aspiring and developing coaches get out of their own way before they try to help others.
I believe holistic coaching starts with inner maturity. Before technique, before tools, before confidence — there must be self-awareness. That’s why my training focuses heavily on ego education, mindset mastery, and embodied confidence, so coaches don’t just know what to do — they become the kind of coach clients trust and follow.
The 7 essential holistic mindset concepts every coach must master
Understanding and working with the ego and internal blocks
Communicating with clarity, confidence, and emotional intelligence
Building credibility and presence in a saturated coaching industry
Practising consistently so confidence becomes natural, not forced
Holistic coaching is not about quick fixes or scripts — it’s about doing the inner work first, practising what you teach, and learning how to teach others how to help themselves in a compassionate and creative ways.
This is how coaches stand out and how real, lasting transformation happens.
