To equip diverse women leaders with the confidence, resilience, and leadership edge to thrive in demanding roles, build impactful careers, and step into the spotlight without apology.

What I Do

Leading in social work and public service is no walk in the park. You’re juggling impossible caseloads, short-staffed teams, and the pressure of safeguarding vulnerable lives, all while battling systems that don’t always value you. Burnout lurks around the corner, and when things wobble, who supports the supporter?

That’s where I come in. As an Executive Coach, I help women managers like you cut through the noise, reclaim your energy, and reset your leadership mojo. I bring practical tools, sharp strategies, and a deep understanding of what it’s like to lead when the stakes are sky-high. For Black and Asian women, I offer something more: coaching that recognises and validates your lived experience, so you don’t have to explain the “invisible” challenges on top of the visible ones.

But it’s not just about surviving the job you have. It’s about shaping the career you want too. As a Career Coach, many of my clients feel stuck in a role or overlooked for promotion. They’re ambitious but not always visible, working hard without being seen or heard. Together, we tackle the confidence dips, the hesitation to step forward, and the strategies needed to get noticed. I help them stop playing small and start positioning themselves as leaders worth recognising.

The result? You feel re-empowered as a leader – energised, purposeful, and ready to rise, whether that means excelling where you are or finally moving into the career space you know you deserve.
